** This would be relevant to any [[Comorbid Diagnosis]], so if we change anything it should be documented there. [[Comorbid Diagnosis]] mentions "Dx is in the past and is resolved and is included in one of the: Category: Past medical history codes" as a reason to code as comorbid - there is no mention of which admission in this part of the definition.
