This ward/unit has workload splitting locations as follows:

STB_B4 -Location label will be changed to STB_5B.
- Change Date: Nov 17.09 @0001 hrs (all patient's admitted or transferred into to STB B4 starting November 17.09 @0001 hrs onward will have location, move or var 1 or 2 coded as STB_5B).
  - stop at serial 1903)

STB_5B - Change date: Nov 18.09 @ 0001 hrs
- (start new location at serial 1904)

STB_B5 - All STB_5B are changed to STB_B5 to be consistent with the current ward name (done on 4Aug2016).
