***Jackie & I regularly use the notes field to let each other(& ourselves) know where we have left off & also to state if the diagnosis is not confirmed yet etc. We still track all lab and pharmacy manually, the notes save time in that it eliminates the need to go back & recount. It would be helpful if the section was larger. As was commented above you never lose the notes as they are right on your device.
