*I think if it is possible, it would be helpful to have a blank note area on the first page of access for the individual patient, people could leave a short note about questions they still had about the patient. For example, in MICU there may be a pt that the diagnosis is still unclear as they are waiting for further tests or results. You don't want to enter a wrong diagnosis so a note could be left with possible diagnostics that need verification.
