*It has been agreed by the Database Steering Committee to stop the transfer/discharge ready tracking logs that are being sent to our database program from the admitting department here at HSC. We have trialed this process since March 1.09 on the recommendation from the ICU Database Task Group that transfer/discharge ready information that is being collected by data collectors was not reliable or precise enough and that we should stop collecting it.
