| *** If I remember right this is something we discussed at some meeting. Apparently there are cricumstances where discharge is to OR, maybe it was if a patient dies in the OR (not dying on our unit, so it's not a deceased with no discharge-to. There was also some circumstance for a discharge to AC. The original request had been to just not allow this, but since there are exceptions I had suggested that we make it a comment-required issue.
