**We also have "John/Jane Does" besides out-of-country and the homeless who may list Siloam Mission or the Salvation Army/Booth's Place. What about the military personnel who get admitted or inmates in Stoney or Headingley?--[[User:CMarks|CMarks]] 13:11, 9 December 2011 (CST)

The entry TmpV2 entry for Postal Code collection will be automatically created for any new patient created as of 2011-12-08. It needs to be filled in for any patient, (we will need to decide what to fill in when not available).

  • Project: PostalCode
  • Item: PostalCode
  • "Q": enter the patient's postal code
