-The only time you need to enter a Hosp number code is when the ADMIT FROM is = to "X__" (out of city) or "Y__",(out of province or country).
-For movement between Hospitals WITHIN the city, the Hosp number code is NOT required because it is self explanatory which hospital a patient came from.
-V is VIC, K is Oak, etc.....but X or Y is not specific therefore we are using the MHSC hospital ID numbers to help us identify what hospital "X" refers to.  Y is ID only by province using Hosp number code of 100 to 900.
