  • Creatinine >250 mmol or a Rise >100 mmol from baseline over 24 hours
  • No Dialysis
  • No history of Chronic Renal Failure
    • This criteria is poorly written. A patient may have a baseline of 250 and this does not mean they have chronic renal insufficiency. I think it is sufficient to say that the creatinine has risen >100 over baseline over 24 hours or less.
