*I noticed this problem after you reinstalled all programs on my computer on July 5,13. The batch of files # 27 I sent on June 26th that I deleted reappeared as sent. I was able to delete these ones ok. But batch #28 which was sent on July 3rd were only marked as complete, even though I changed them to complete on the main database page I was unable to delete them. I contacted Trish and she walked me though how to change the [[Record Status field]] through from COMPLETE to SENT. ** I suspect this is a version issue, where the latest backed up version was earlier than what might be expected. So, the fact that the patients didn't have the expected recordstatus makes sense.
