===Date entry in ccmdb and in centralized front end===
For the master ccmdb.mdb: for the DATES, can you make the Display Date the same as the input mask please.  (admit, transfer, discharge date and also dates in TMP).   
*This should be the same for centralized front end when Pagasa has to do EDITS to dates. (as per email sent Nov 218.13),[[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 18:28, 2013 November 18 (CST)
