** Consider how we use the wiki. There will be the occasional use to train a new person, but most will be as a reference to existing staff. They would be most likely to be looking up a particular thing, likely through a search. If you wanted to know how to use the chronic health field, would you rather dig your way through a 5 page article to find it, or be taken to it directly from your search. This goes back to your ability to make a separate page to combine stuff for training purposes. This question relates to the usage of the whole wiki, not just this part. I propose we move it to the wiki usage page and ask the data collectors for their opinions, (a) how they most use the tool, (b) what they would prefer.
