2016_April_15: Since Dec 2015, Pagasa is using the glass on scanner rather than document feed. | 2016_April_15: Since Dec 2015, Pagasa is using the glass on scanner rather than document feed particularly for TISS most of the days filled. (having to flip over pages manually one by one). This takes more time to scan TISS forms however, this produces better quality of scans, they are not crooked, and she has less problems with Teleform reading crooked scans and then having to rescan.
