* On review with Trish we initially thought this might be because both from OR and from Recovery required an ORDx, but I reviewed the queries, and only from OR requires this. Trish was surprised that we would have any patients arriving direct from OR rather than via Recovery. Could collectors who have been using work-arounds for this (eg Shirley, Pat, Steph who reported the problem at meeting) please confirm that these patients are from OR rather than recovery?
