Data Use Option field

The Data_Use_Option field in L_Log in Centralized_data.mdb is a yes/no (boolean) field to contain the info that a person has opted out of having their data included in research.

Right now it is not used for anything. See email exchange between Tina Tenbergen and Allan Garland 2014-01-09.
