Dialysis Unit

Dialysis Units are now an option for Previous Location and Dispo. We have the following:

  • HSC Dialysis Unit
  • STB Dialysis Unit
  • OAK Dialysis Unit

Use this for

  • patients who came from a dialysis location in your hospital.

Don't use this for

  • patients who came from a dialysis location outside your hospital.
