Disabling a wiki account

Because the account is used to track changes in the history of any article edited by a user, a user can not be deleted. However, a user's rights can be suspended.

To suspend rights for a user,

1. go to Special:ListUsers and copy the actual user name
2. go to Special:Userrights and paste the name there
3. click edit user groups
4. uncheck the checkbox for "CCMDB_legit" and click the "save user groups" button

for ccmdbpriv we need to test if this indeed stops a user from being able to see anything even if they log on; whatever we come up with migth also need to be validate against the related page in Umintmed.
