Batch append number

The batch append number, is a number that is "automatically" assigned by the PDA reader (or PDA uploader) when a a send batch file is uploaded to the master data repository. The batch append number is stored on a list the C:\ImportLog folder

There is one for ICU data repository TMSX and another for medicine data repository MEDTMS
