Batch append number

Legacy only, using dates for this now. 

The batch append number, is a number that is "automatically" assigned by the PDA Reader/PDA Uploader when a "send batch" of files is uploaded to the master data repository. This is a sequential number that is appended to and stored on a txt file list called Import Log.
