Definition
Skeletal muscle wasting & weakness which requires rehabilitative exercise & nutrition to strengthen and return patient to best possible functioning status.
Muscle deconditioning due to one of the following

1 - 2nd to Stroke(not necessary to code for an acute stroke as weakness is expected, this code is used in the rehab phase of recovery from CVA)
