As the EPR is becoming regional we should get collectors set up the same way everyehwere.

Regional rights

Right now some collectors use ICU commons PC because it shows them info from immediately preceeding ICU admission; their own rights don't seem to show them that.

Standardized account generation

All collectors should be set up the same way so they can cover from hosp to hosp. Contacted Valli Barker to find out how this would be set up, but got stalled on individual setups for now. email exchange ending 2014-May-26 gives following contacts:
