TISS28 backup and start.vbs

TISS 28 backup and start.vbs is a script that backs up the TISS28 data and then starts the TISS28 front end.

It is generally run from the "TISS28" shortcut on the desktop of the Data Processor PC whenever the TISS28.mdb is loaded.
