As discussed with Trish I am purging duplicate files from X:\, M:\ and Regional Server. This is a log of what I have done with it.

Deleted

  • M:\ccmdb_data doesn't live here, no process to update
  • M:\ccmdb_program doesn't live here, no process to update
  • M:\Pagasa Move to scanner (delete after successful upgrade of Pagasa's PC 2015-03)
  • M:\MB_Health_Records_Cleaning only had a link to X:
  • M:\Eds_Program _copied from_My_C duplicate
  • M:\ccmis_backup\centralizedBackup see instead M:\Backups\Centralized_data\
  • M:\ccmis_backup\Copy of batch files on Pagasa C drive all legacy
  • M:\ccmis_backup\Copy of MACRO for PENDING &MacroCopy all legacy
  • M:\ccmis_backup\logs not doing any more so who cares about logs
  • M:\ccmis_backup as discussed with Trish, final version lives in TMSX MedTMS retirement home
  • X:\Ed's Master Data all should be available in TMSX MedTMS retirement home
  • X:\COPY_of_Batch_Files_Pagasa_Desktop all legacy
  • X:\Jan not been there in ages, Pagasa says OK
  • X:\Exported timecard_Practice
  • X:\TMS_Setup moved to TMSX MedTMS retirement home
  • X:\!AdmitDisch_ empty folder
  • X:\files: Eds_and_raw_pull_from_x_manual.vbs,Labs ASA (SAL level) double count.JPG, copy_PHI.job, duplicate labels.doc, overstay_pivot.xls, Pagasa's PC, A4 checking 10685_A4 error location D4 May 14.xls, Syst BP lower than Dias in Centralized.xls why were those even there?
  • \\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\STB_UPDATES no longer used, TMSX gone

There were a bunch of directories with old files; I have put them into M:\z_archive:

  • X:\2014-07-28_centralized_data_update_test

  • X:\TIM STUDY
  • X:\CCMDB\z_archive contents
  • Regional Server stuff:
    • \\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\ARF_fixes
    • \\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\Audit_Basil_Evan_Dec12.14
    • \\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\Admin\Audit _data_files_for_audit -> only contained SepticShock_AUDITs, moved that to archive
    • \\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\QI_AUDIT -> contents to M:\z_archive as their own directories
