Adding a specific medication to an already collected class of drugs
Update the wiki
When you edit the specific drug page (such as Azoles), there is a listing for {{Azole antifungals}}. The curly brackets tell you it's calling a template, and it is like that because we want to refer to things like "azoles" with the same list wherever we put this list (in this case pharm collection Azoles and the Resistance to antimicrobials, antifungal drug dx page.
To edit it you would edit that template. Two ways to find the template: search for it by name using the wiki search, or while editing a page that uses a template, scroll to the bottom and find it in the template list.
Update the hover hints in CCMDB
The Pharm flow tab in CCMDB.accdb contains hover hints with lists of applicable medications. To update these:
- start with a clean version of CCMDB
- open a patient record
- change to "design view" (click the little icon in the bottom right hand corner that looks like a pen, ruler and triangle)
- navigate to the pharm flow tab
- right-click on the drug label for checkboxes, or the count box for the counted drugs and click "properties"
- click the "all" tab and scroll down to "ControlTip text"
- update the list there and roll out as usual
