Blue button in CCI Picklist

The "blue button" next to the "x2" button in the Patient Viewer Tab CCI Pick will replicate the current CCI Picklist line for a range of dates.
Instructions
When the button is clicked, a calendar entry control button shows up just to the right of it. Click that button and choose the end date of the range. The program will then generate copies of the current CCI Picklist entry for all dates between that entry's date and the date chosen.
