tracking numbers of errors

• When data is returned from MB Healthprogram, she counts the number of corrections made in our database for each patient identifier. She manually counts then she enters this information into an EXCEL spreadsheet where info is automatically tallied.
• PURPOSE: statistician would like to keep track of the number of corrections made.
