*AG REPLY --- the problem here is that for complete CCI, chap 1 has 1.SF=sacrum/coccyx, 1.SG=back muscles, 1.SH=soft tissues of the back, 1.SI=sacroiliac joint and 1.SJ=back NOS.  I chose to include ALL of these in 1.SJ.  But for chap 2, the complete CCI has only:  2.SF=sacrum/coccyx, 2.SG=back muscles and 2.SH=soft tissues of the back, and I included all 3 of these.  In particular there is no "back NOS" in chap 2. Our most obvious choices are: (a) stay as is, (b) leave in all 3 back items for chap 2 but expand the back items for chap 1 to include 1.SF, 1.SG, 1.SG and 1.SJ.  WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK????? -->
