The [[Client Registry]] is downstream from [[Manitoba Health Registry System]] and is the system that interfaces with our hospital systems such as ~~ADT (ADT = [[~~EPR ~~Gateway]] now that KEA and such are gone)~~. In theory the two systems contain the same information related to PHIN, names, addresses, etc) but I understand that there may be scenarios where the client registry (which is downstream) is actually more current than the Manitoba Health Registry.
