There have been ongoing problems with the regional server so eHealth has offered to move us onto a new server.
To move us over to the new server I need to first make sure all laptops can access this. Please do the following and let me know if you have any problems:
* go to the current regional server and double-click the link "'''copy_RegionWRHA_to_desktop'''"; this will put a shortcut labeled RegionWRHA onto the all users desktop on your laptop, i.e. all data collectors using the laptop should be able to see the shortcut
* double-click the shortcut;
** if it opens, please save some file with a name that lets me know that you and your laptop are able to access

Once I know everyone can see the new server I will move the contents of the regional server over and change your ccmdb.mdb to send to the new server.
