| To see patients for the different hospitals in EPR lists need to be set up.
| | Some collectors use Lists in EPR to track the patients they are collecting. Once a list is set up, it will be automatically populated in EPR. |

| ==Instructions==
| | This allows quick access to the patients, but setting it up and maintaining it creates overhead. Not all collectors use this. |
| *Click on "New Visit List"
| |
| ** This is the picture of the file cards with a green plus sign located in the top left corner of the patient list folder.
| |
| ** This will open up a screen called "Client Selection Criteria".
| |
| *Click on the tab labelled "location".
| |
| ** Click on dot that says "Include patients at selected locations only".
| |
| ** Click on the plus sign next to the hospital of your choice. More options will drop down (eg. inpatient, outpatient, etc.).
| |
| ** Select inpatient. More drop downs will appear, allowing you to pick whichever ward you want.
| |
| ** Select the ward.
| |
| ** Hit the "add" button below the list, and your chosen ward will move over to the "selected locations" box on the right side of the screen.
| |
| ** Click "OK" in the bottom right of the folder.
| |
| ** Name your new list. Mlagadi 12:38, 2015 November 26 (CST)

| *You can also find new visit list under the tab "actions", which also gives you options to modify, delete lists and to set up the columns on your EPR display. The instructions above give you the current census of the given area. If you want other lists, such as admissions or discharges for a given area in a prescribed time frame, this can also be done. To do this, you follow the same procedure but you need to go to the "visit status" tab, where you click off "list patients with the specific event on the date or date range" and then you can put in the date range in the section below this. Otherwise the instructions are the same as what Michelle put in above. --LKolesar 07:45, 2015 November 27 (CST)

| *Is there a way of split screening EPR with CCMDB on our laptops so that you can look at both at the same time? Might be easier to count labs this way...

| ** if you mean splitting the screen on the laptop itself you can just drag a screen to the left or right edge of the screen to make it fill up exactly half the screen. I think that will be small for EPR/CCMDB, though. Alternative is to maximize both screens and then "Alt-tab" between them. Ttenbergen 10:40, 2015 November 30 (CST)
