If you use one of these diagnoses as [[Primary Admit Diagnosis]] then the [[Transfer Ready date and time]] has to be the same as the "Arrive DtTm".

Don't put [[paneling]] as [[Primary Admit Diagnosis]] if a patient has acute problems and has been transferred to your ward for treatment of those problems. For example if a patient on a chronic unit has been paneled but gets HAP and transfers to your ward then the #1 diagnosis for your ward is HAP. It was discussed at task meeting 2018-04-11 that [[Awaiting/delayed transfer to long-term care/PCH inside or outside of Winnipeg]] and related codes will give Julie the data she needs for reporting.

90600 Code was removed as of [[CCMDB.mdb_Change_Log_2012#ver_2012-09-06]]

Initially we were going to remove it, so code 90600 was deleted in version rolled out 2012-09-25. Changed to using 90601 and 90602 in [[CCMDB.mdb_Change_Log_2012#ver_2012-10-01]].
