* We found some cases where, during the same hospitalization, there are different values for this. For example, the first ward admission may have "house" and the immediate next ICU admission may have "PCH". I think there is no scenario where that makes sense. If you can think of one, tell me.
* For existing data like this, how would we best treat it heuristically. Would the first record be more likely to be right because the chart is still cleaner and easier to follow? Or would a later record be more likely to be correct since more of the patient's story would have emerged? Thoughts?


**There is a separate category for Personal Care Homes so this should not be included in the examples for Chronic Health Facility unless you plan to remove that category?  Riverview and Deer Lodge are chronic care facilities with a mix of different services in them.   For example there is a palliative ward and a long term ventilator ward at Riverview but they also have PCH beds. Deer Lodge has some geriatric beds but also has a PCH ward also.  I guess if you know which area in each center is the situation then you can choose PCH or Chronic Care.--[[User:LKolesar|LKolesar]] 10:30, 2016 May 11 (CDT)
