==== site specific EPR ====
* run [[Regional Server]]\maintenance\[[Desktop_install.bat]]
see [[:Category:Hospital EPR]]
** CCDMB
*** if it doesn't install [[CCMDB.accdb]] - follow [[Copying down a clean version of CCMDB.accdb]]
**** which automates copying ccmdb_data.mdb from [[Regional Server]]\data\master to c:\ccmdb_data
** ccmdb_data
*** restore the collector's data - ideally this will have been backed up and restored from the old laptop
**** if not, do a [[CCMDB data.mdb restore from Regional Server]]
*** if this is a brand new laptop that doesn't replace an old one, copy the newest version from [[Regional Server]]\data\master and rename it to get rid of the version portion of the name

=== Prep by our team ===
* [[News and Backup]]
* run prep script:
** ideally the file was recovered from the old laptop and restored
** W7: [[Regional Server]]\maintenance\'''[[Laptop prep.vbs‎‎]]'''
*** if the file wasn't recovered, see [[News_and_backup#Setting_up_the_file_on_a_laptop]]
*** at last use, the security clearance didn't go down to a laptop and sending required many "OK"s. Confirm this works at next use. Ttenbergen 10:34, 2014 May 8 (CDT)
** XP: Try W7, or run [[Regional Server]]\maintenance\'''[[laptop files copier.bat]]'''

== Re-image instructions for accessible hard driver ==
Here is what needs to be sent to eHealth if a laptop is to be re-imaged and the hard drive is still accessible. If they can do this it may not require a site visit.
* Firefox
* Microsoft Office and Access 2003 (not the newer version)
* Admin rights
* Wireless
* RIS/PACS/Impax
* Correct drivers for the touchpad; the ones on the image don’t seem to lock out the pad while typing so the mouse goes all over (at least this used to be a problem)
* Directories
** C:\batches
** C:\ccmdb_program
** C:\ccmdb_data
** C:\documents and settings\all users\desktop
** C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
