Until now this was not allowed, but the scenario makes sense, where there might be [[HIV infection, asymptomatic]] as a [[Comorbid Diagnosis]] and then [[AIDS (disease due to HIV)]] as an [[Admit Diagnosis]]/[[Acquired Diagnosis]]
