We discussed whether the comorbids should just be copied with the profile at the original profile copy, but they will usually not be entered yet at that time, so it would be the wrong point in the process. At a later point, since a "to" profile will always need to be identified, adding a button for this is really not feasible. Looks like manual copy and paste is the best way to do this.

* Is copying comorbids ~~from one~~ profile to the ~~next something collectors actually do? If it is commonly done then we should just include~~ it in the ~~copier~~ button~~, no sense keeping it~~ manual~~. We didn't initially include~~ this ~~because we didn't want the risk of people copy/pasting uncritically.
