Don't put paneling as [[Primary Admit Diagnosis]] if a patient has acute problems and has been transferred to your ward for treatment of those problems. For example if a patient on a chronic unit has been paneled but gets HAP and transfers to your ward then the #1 diagnosis for your ward is HAP.
