****** by "old hires" I meant if they are new to our group but have previously been WRHA employees. I did not mean site moves. The instructions include detailed steps eHealth needs to take to set up an account for a data collector. I don't have the instructions, and I don't think keeping a copy of them for us would be relevant because they truly are behind the scenes step-by-step instructions that would be meaningless for anyone other than account setup people.Ttenbergen 10:34, 2013 February 25 (EST)
