Now that we have some data in [[Centralized data.mdb]] we can start ensuring that previously finalized entries are not present (before sending) and give an error and stop sending if they are. This would both, prevent overwriting of finalized data, and eliminate at least some patient ID duplication. Ttenbergen 14:23, 2013 July 15 (CDT)
