*AG REPLY --- indeed the C7A codes in ICD10 are malignant neuroendocrine tumors of various body parts.  For OUR purposes, however, rather than include the C7A subcodes for such tumors in every body part, we should code them by LINKING our existing C7A.0 code [which is malignant carcinoid tumor] with the code for malignancy in  the body part, in this case C34 = [[Lung and/or bronchus, primary malignancy]].  I've now put this in the C34 wiki page explanation}}
