For any patient who
- is admitted to the CC program and
- has a Cardiac arrest (I46.9) as Primary Admit Diagnosis and
- Previous Location is a ward or medical ICU where we collect from #Med/ICU
the most recently previous Med or ICU admission record should
- have a #Cardiac Arrest as either Admit Diagnosis or Acquired Diagnosis
