Query NDC cardioversion dx vs TISS

If the Cardioversion 76335 is coded in complications, then the TISS28 item Cardioversion (TISS Item) (T41) must be marked.

Two tests

• if there is a Cardioversion complications then there must be at least one TISS28 T41
• if there is even one TISS28 T41, then there must be a Cardioversion complication
