Translation of Dx Data from CCMDB schema to ICD10/CCI
This page explains how we will translate old dx code entries to the new ICD10/CCI model as part of Category:ICD10 Data Conversion.
ICD10
The translation mapping for the ICD10 side is stored in the s_ICD10_AllDiagnoses_translation table. Data in the L_Dxs table is mapped from this using the sz_dx_to_ICD10 query.
Mapping tool
The translation will be done using a modified copy (fork) of CFE called CFE_ICD10_CCI_mapping.accdb can be found in X:ccmdb\ICD10CCI_Mapping. Like CFE it needs to sit in a directory with a Centralized_data.mdb. Template:Discussion - what is the password to open this accdb? comparing mapped codes
Template:Discussion Need to start comparing mapped codes to our old codes to make sure this makes sense and doesn't throw off reporting.
