Sex

Sex field#Sex changes over time - we keep value of the earliest encounter we have.

PHIN

• PHIN field#Multiple PHINs or PHIN changes over time - we update earlier encounters to newest value

Cross checks

We also keep track of false positives in our cross-check queries so we can have an explanation for them for future reference, and yet drop them off our cross-check lists.
