Collection staff port around with their laptops, a data collection binder which contain the follow items:

• EPR lists
• Medical Record lists
• other work related items
• CLI and VAP's paper worksheet
  • STB VAP Committee meetings and for Quality Coordinator for STB.
• some people keep a BMI chart in their binder for the determination of obesity or morbid obesity. We could just google this instead or put it on the wiki.
