The full name in the coding guide is "PANELLING OR DISCHARGE PLANNING AS PRIMARY REASON FOR ADMIT TO WARD BED" but had to be shortened to fit on the PDA.
Data Integrity Rule
- IF ADMIT 1 Diagnosis code is 906 then:
- Transfer Ready Date and Time must = Admit Date and Time to your unit.
- NOTE: (transfer ready time: 1 min after after admit time so that ACCESS does not complain), unless Tina can address with ACCESS (ccmdb.mdb).
