S-tables

The S_ tables are where the content for the standardized drop-downs is stored. S_ stands for "Standardized", in contrast to the "L" Files.

The S_ tables are part of the CCMDB.mdb. All changes to s_ tables need to be made to the Master version of the CCMDB.mdb and rolled out.
