Patient List
The Patient List is an electronic form in CCMDB.mdb on the laptop which lists all patients . The paper data collection patient list is referred to Data collection log form.
To access the patient list in CCMDB.mdb, click the Patient List button on the Main Form.
To view a patient on this list, click the View button before that patient.
You can not edit patient information in the patient list itself because these edits would not be subject to the Category:CCMDB Data Integrity Checks.
If a Serial number needs to be changed it has to be done in the Patient List to ensure all re-linking happens properly and that no data integrity checks get bamboozled by the change.
column configuration of the patient list
Column configuration was changed over the last few months. Some collectors have suggested improvements, but last time I changed it to comply with requests from someone others wanted it changed back. So, lets resolve here before making change to CCMDB.mdb.

- Hi, here is a request to move the record field that displays, MR, C, W SENT, to the far left of the patient list screen as Joyce has suggested below and Pat has requested. Need input from other collectors if this change will also work for them. Trish Ostryzniuk 11:13, 2013 July 30 (CDT)
- I would prefer the record field column which presently follows the chart number to be returned to the far left or as close to the patient name as possible on the patient list in ccmdb. If the "complete/incomplete" column must follow it, that is fine.--Jpeterson 08:17, 2013 July 30 (CDT)
