Imports Lab data as provided by DSM

Instructions for requesting a file

Copy file to a local directory
Put Centralized_data.mdb into same directory
Right-click on query w and choose export
put the file into

\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\CCMDB_Lab_Exchange

Instructions for importing a file

Copy file to a local directory
Put Centralized_data.mdb into same directory
click the "Import DSM .csv" button and follow instructions
