Query s CCI Categories sort missing

The query s_CCI_Categories_sort_missing in CCMDB.accdb contains a list of CCI categories drawn from s_CCI_Categories table that don't have a sort index. It is used as part of Re-importing CCI and IDC10 categories from wiki to CCMDB.accdb.
