Translation of Dx Data from CCMDB schema to ICD10/CCI

This page explains how we will translate old dx code entries to the new ICD10/CCI model as part of Category:ICD10 Data Conversion.

ICD10

The translation mapping for the ICD10 side is stored in the s_ICD10_AllDiagnoses_translation table. Data in the L_Dxs table is mapped from this using the sz_dx_to_ICD10 query.

A modified copy (fork) of CFE called CFE_ICD10_CCI_mapping.accdb can be found in X:ccmdb\ICD10/CCI_Mapping.

Template:Discussion Currently confirming that none of the codes in ICD10 after original import will affect this. Once that is done, we need to do a translation of the old dxs to new ones.
